Kraig A. Kidd, Founder

Kraig Kidd is a father and the Founder of the organization New World Leadership, a personal and business development coach and consultant and most recently, planning the publishing of his first children’s book, “Where Creation Begins.”

Kraig began a career in learning and development in the early 1990’s as an instructional designer, creating leadership development and operational programs for a privately held global organization. Soon he became the head of Learning & Organizational Development. During this time, Kraig trained extensively in Adlerian psychology and techniques. This training inspired a keen fascination with discovering how our behaviors impact our ability to accomplish our dreams and get what we want out of life.
